Deposit & Cancellation Policy

For reservations from May through October, we collect a 1-night deposit including tax.  If cancelled with at least 3 days notice prior to arrival, we will refund the deposit less a $25 cancellation fee.  Reservations cancelled with less than 3 days notice are subject to the deposit being forfeited.  We do not collect deposits for reservations from November through April.
